    Exporting Your Data

    ZohaibBy Zohaib

There isn't a single "export everything" button in Fyscal today, exports live alongside whichever data they belong to, spread across a few different pages. Here's where to find each one.

    Transactions

On the Transactions page, select the rows you want, or select everything matching your current filters, and export them to a CSV file. This is the most complete export available, since it covers your full transaction history for whatever range you choose.

    Invoices

If you use Fyscal's invoicing tools, each invoice can be downloaded individually as a PDF, ready to send to a client or keep for your own records.

    Billing receipts

Your payment history lives under Subscription & Billing, where every past charge has its own downloadable PDF receipt.

    What can't be exported yet

Reports themselves, Net Income, Net Worth, and Custom Reports, don't currently have a direct export or download option. If you need that data outside Fyscal today, the closest workaround is exporting the underlying transactions from the Transactions page instead.

Why this matters before closing your account

If you're planning to close your account, export anything you might want later while you can still sign in. Once the closing process's grace period ends, your data is gone for good, and there's no way for anyone, including support, to retrieve it after that point.

Tip: When in doubt, export more than you think you'll need. It only takes a minute, and there's no way to ask for it back once it's gone.
