Viewing Monthly Budget Details
By ZohaibThe main table is great for scanning trends across months, but sometimes you want to focus on a single month and see everything at once. That's what clicking into a month cell gives you.
What's inside
Clicking any cell opens a drawer with a full breakdown of that specific month, every category, its budget, its actual, and the percentage between them, all in one focused view instead of scanning across a 12-month row.
Moving between months
You can step forward or backward a month at a time from inside the drawer itself, without closing it and clicking a different cell on the main table.
Jumping to the transactions
From any category row inside the drawer, a "View transactions" link takes you straight to the actual transactions that make up that number, so if a category looks off, you can immediately see why.
Tip: This drawer is often the fastest way to answer 'what actually happened in March?' without switching between the Budget and Transactions pages yourself.
