Quick Add
By ZohaibQuick Add is the "+" button(s) in the sidebar that let you create something new from anywhere in the app, without navigating to that page first. The buttons sit right next to the relevant sidebar links, so there's a "+" next to Accounts, next to Budget, and so on.
What you can add
- Account
- Budget
- Category
- Goal
- Recurring transaction
- Invoice
- Tag
Why it's useful
Say you're reviewing your Transactions list and notice you never set a budget for a category. Instead of leaving that page, navigating to Budget, and clicking Add there, you can just use Quick Add right where you are.
Tip: These open as an overlay drawer rather than a full page, so closing it puts you right back where you started, on the same page, scrolled to the same spot.
